Imagined through the creative lens of Ariel Otero and his crew, kane brings alive the spirit and flavors of the Caribbean by showcasing the rich regional diversity of rums and essences from all over the world.
Celebrating the traditions and culture from our island, we present over 200 rums and a list of fashionable and classic cocktails in a cheerful, stylish, and casual atmosphere.

Our dishes are designed to be shared, but these are not slight plates, we perfected the tastes and portions to establish the best authentic ingredients and present a purely modest and full of flavors menu.

First open in downtown Condado P.R. in 2022, kane has evolved to represent modern Rumbars in Puerto Rico, we embrace the local community while staying true to our roots providing a comfortable, welcoming space in which to explore, discover and share the incredible spirit of Puerto Rico.

    When I was at the place they informed me that the place was open only for a private activity. They didn’t contact me about that.

    Experiencia agridulce. Reservamos y al llegar nos dijeron que nos teníamos que ir en una hora y media. Tenían una actividad privada y el dueño exigió a la empleada que saliera de nosotros. Llegó a las 9 pm y se mostró molesto pq no accedimos irnos. Totalmente no profesional.

    Great little Tiki Bar. Great cocktails. The ambience could be a little more Tiki like but over all they have done a great job. Excellent service! Get the Kane Salad!!!

    We had a great time a great time at Kane! It was very small and cozy, so I was glad we had the reservation even though it wasn’t very crowded when we went (7 on a week night). We had some delicious ceviche and pork bao buns. The price of the food and drinks was very reasonable for the quality, ambiance, and location. The pina colada was giant and delicious!
