Not a Karen in sight. The men who served us were humourless & crass. Not the fun we expected. Concept is good but execution was unnecessarily offensive. Not suitable for under 16s.

It was empty for a Friday night which was the first alarming point. The Burgers were okay, but the frozen pizza was a real disappointment. The entertainment was very disappointing. Although asking the waiter to level it up and ask to play some games, as promised when booking this experience the waiter made little effort. Overall it was quite bad. I do not recommend.

Karen’s experience and the whole concept wasn’t given at all although we arrived at our reserved time .Food was okay .

I understand the experience is suppose to be a hectic one and about getting abuse but there should be rules in what’s allowed be said my 8 year old was told Santa isn’t real when she’s having doubts already and I’m convincing her he is and now I feel like it’s confirmed for her that he is not real from attending the restaurant as she won’t stop saying it I feel I this was my last year getting her to believe now that’s gone. So I wouldn’t be back

Hi Kelsie, I am incredibly sorry a staff member said that to your child, a line was definitely crossed. We do not condone anything like that being said and we will be having a meeting with all the staff regarding what was said.

The two lads were great craic and the whole restaurant seemed to be having fun overall a fun experience but food was slightly expensive but you were also paying for the entertainment!

Very funny night we had. Amazing entertainment from the guys working there. It must be hard to be "Karens" for the whole night, but for the 2 hours we spent there they were definitely 100% on the top. It is just a vry fun place to have dinner with drinks
