Karen's is an interactive diner and an absurdly fun experience. At Karen's you will be greeted and waited upon by rude waiters who in return are expecting you to give it full Karen. A place where you can complain until the cows come home because we literally don't care. You can expect good food, good fun and a dining experience like you've never had before. Let us know if it's your birthday, if your name is Karen and for the love of Karen don't ask to speak to the manager....

I find it unfathomable that there is a demand for a restaurant where the waiting staff go out of their way to be rude to their customers. Sometimes excessively so. However, other diners were clearly enjoying their experience, so perhaps I'm in the minority. I am glad I at least tried it, but I won't be returning for a further round of insults.

Our server was absolutely brilliant. The theme is so good. We got hats insulting us and had to fetch our own food and drinks it was fabulous. We even got a photo with our server on the way out. She was fantastic. Really made my 40th Birthday celebrations special and I got sung happy birthday too.

Great experience, a great laugh, got abused in many ways but we can take it! You’ve got to visit, take your friends and have the best time. Food is good, I’ve had better pina coladas but it’s not the end of the world, l had a great time and so did the rest our group. We will return at some stage with some other friends

Food very poor . Could have been so much better . Not run to best of their ability. I get that they abuse you but they were running out of things to say
