Kaze is an upscale Japanese eatery with two distinct sides to its kitchen. The first is a large and robust sushi menu. Fans of this Japanese staple will find a lot to love here. Diners can order sashimi and nigiri a la carte either as an appetizer or a meal. Some of the seafood guests will find at Kaze include tuna, yellowtail, salmon, albacore, red snapper, smoked salmon, flounder, mackerel, octopus, squid, eel, crab stick, scallop and more.The other side of Kaze's menu are the cooked Japanese specialties. Appetizers include gyoza, vegetable and crab tempura, seasoned tofu, yakitori, chicken katsu and a house signature baked green mussels in a spicy dynamite sauce. The main draw here is the hibachi dinner, where guests pick their protein from options like steak, shrimp, lobster and chicken and have it cooked right in front of them as part of the dining experience.
