Food was great but was a little disappointed as I would have loved a second margarita but the waitress didn’t actually return to see if we needed anything after we got our meals and never saw her again until we got our bill. We weren’t asked about desert either. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy. Everything else was good.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Kelsey's is a good choice for a Neighborhood Eatery. i would highly recommend the Chicken Quesadillas for an appetizer. The service was very good. If I visit Toronto again, I will definitely return.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Being a busy Thursday night, I guess it was cause for the server to not bring the right drink and just bring water - when advised, Server unapologetically rebuttaled with ''Oh, I didn't hear that!'', and the drink brought after two tables were served. Also, an entrée was taken down but not brought/applied to order so we just did without it. Probably best to go during lunch since dinner time is too much for the Servers to handle.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Good pan fried natchos. Excellent steak and cheese melt sandwich with delicious soft bun. Meat cooked 100% as ordered. Restaurant was clean, well laid out, nice decor and good space at tables with views of tvs to watch sports. Only gripe was that air conditioning was set too cold and continussally blew. Waitress is very nice gave us excellent suggestions and did not rush us. Enjoyed celebrating 60th birthday. Will return.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
