We were here on the 29Th gorvthe CAA deal of free wings with a drink. Love kelseys anyway also best wings in town!!! We were seated in nice booth our waiter ""Jackson""immediately came over! He was so engaging with us, excited we were there. Took our drink orders with pazaze...engaging in conversation...definitely appreciate his attention to his customers. Wings were ordered...came in timely fashion...were freaking delicious! Mine were apple butter, my guy had salted pepper. Thank you CAA & Kelseys for taking part in this promo. The OpenTable app worked very well - however, when we arrived at the restaurant, it wasn't working on the restaurant end and they now had a backlog of patrons - all with the same time for a reservation. Some of them got very angry. The servers were scrambling to try to accommodate everyone. Our group (3) was treated very well and we only had to wait at the door for about 10 minutes to get a table - although we were not able to get a table on the patio (as we had reserved) because of the glitch with OpenTable at the restaurant. We were hungry so agreed to an inside table. It was very noisy because of a large group (8) men who were drinking quite a lot. However, the staff worked EXTREMELY hard to ensure we were waited on quickly and that we were happy with everything. I would go back again because of the staff.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

There was a small mixup on arrival and staff immediately corrected and offered appetizer free although we hadn’t complained. We were impressed by this. Server was personable and kept checking whether we required anything. Food service was prompt. Very good experience.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Our OpenTable reservation was not on record when we got their. Luckily there was room for us. We ended up with a bad table location. Kelseys had shut down their OpenTable reservation system (on their end) for the holidays and were not acknowledging reservations made on OpenTable. They said we did not have a reservation even though we had received a confirmation number and confirmations by email and text. Not impressed. Should we blame Kelseys, OpenTable or both!請問這對你有幫助嗎？
