Service was great. I’m glad we made a reservation because there was a line up at the door when we arrived. We were a bit disappointed in the “cobbler” dessert. It was lacking in taste and did not match the picture on the menu which looked like fruit infused cake, not oatmeal and cherries.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

This is one of the few old school Kelsey’s left. It was dated, but it gave it charm. I like the old style. Food & service was good. Would order the chicken fried chicken again, it was crispy and savoury. Also the spinach dip was delicious.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Right from the beginning our experience was poor and it did not improve. We ordered non-alcohol drinks. 1 came with a straw. 1 didn’t. We had to request another straw. We ordered fajitas for 2. The order was placed on the table and the server left. We did not have plates. When we were able to talk to a server, 2 very small side plates were brought. We then had to request cutlery. The actual entre was mediocre at best. Normally fajitas are served “sizzling” hot. You hear them sizzle when delivered to your table. What we received was warm at the best. It was described as being prepared with cajun spices. What we had had very little flavour of any kind. It was described as being served with rice and black beans. The quantity of rice was sufficient for 1 small serving not 2. There was a grand total of “2” black beans. The quantity of chicken was reasonable. Additional topping were offered. My wife and I attended your establishment a month ago and we had a very bad experience.. the manager apologized and said my experience would be much better the next time so we tried again yesterday. Wings again we're not sauced we have to order extra sauce ...fries were white barely edible. We never complained because we had enough and I think that will be the last time we come to this restaurant it's unfortunate because other Kelsey's are very good the one in Milton is very bad有1人認為這對他/她有幫助
