Great food and service! Abbey (spelling may be wrong; sorry) was excellent! We waited a few minutes before being greeted by her, but it was busy and she apologized for the short wait. Beyond that, all the servers were friendly, attentive, and if they may have forgot something simple: they apologized right away and made it right. The food was also delicious as well. Only complaint was the many lights near us kept flickering aggressively every now and then. Otherwise, thank you for a great dinner experience! Will be back!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

We went with a large group. The hostess, Alyssa was very friendly and brought us to our table. She checked in with us frequently to see how things were going. Our waiter, Noah was extremely friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back. Very happy.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Our reservation was not in their system. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table. My food was warm while my husbands was hot, which leads me to believe mine was cooked and his forgotten, so mine sat while his was cooked. Our beverages were finished and no one came around to ask if we wanted another. We had to flag down the waitress to request another drink.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

16th birthday. The barrender Ian pretended he was a manager and tried to intimidate teen girls - said he will kick us out for being loud (so opening gifts, giggling) on a Monday in a near empty restaurant. Didn't know about the reservation at all. Didn't know there was a parent at the table so after his threata he hid in the back. We left an hour early, were not allowed to even sing happy birthday because we kept 'shhhh'ing' so as not to disturb Ian. I called corporate in the am and reached a deal. The waitress who served was was kind respectful and professional. When we asked for the bill a guy brought us the debit machine, and he smelled from bad body order and mariguana. It was very unpleasant for us.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Despite being kind our server was inattentive and rarely checked in on us. Salad was forgotten as well as refill on drinks and water. Extra serviettes were brought to the table as we were leaving. Steak sandwich was good; however wings could have been cooked more and were oversauced. Should have been asked請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Good was typical chain restaurant fare. Overall it was good although onion rings that came with chicken tenders were cold. Service was very slow. I think they were short-staffed and our server had too many tables. We usually enjoy Kelsey's but this location was not up to par.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
