The food was delicious. The steak dinner with loaded baked potato, broccoli, and mushrooms was enjoyable. My beet salad with sirloin steak added was great. Our waitress was attentive. My only criticism would be that the fans blew air conditioning at our table and it was freezing!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

What a disaster, don't waste your time or money here. My group of four made reservations for a birthday celebration. We arrived and waited for almost 10 minutes to be seated. Only 2 of us received menus. 45+ minutes into being seated, we finally received our appetizers. No cutlery, napkins, or water. The standard seating side was completely empty, except for us, while we were waiting. An hour and 10 mins in, we receive our food and ask for the bill immediately. The orders are slightly wrong. We had to ask the bar for water and had to take cutlery from other tables. Throughout our visit, we watched 20+ people leave due to not being seated. The phone was ringing, unanswered, the whole time. To top it off, there's no manager onsite to observe the completely lackluster experience they offer in a time when going out to eat is essentially a novel experience. Our server Issac (from memory) was a few days into the job and just in his own without the supervisor, he did a wonderful job and was very attentive. Our meals came in good timing and we were all very pleased with them. Portion sizes were good.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

When we got to the restaurant there were two other people in the restaurant. We waited for what I feel was too long for someone to come to seat us. No one asked if we wanted drinks but came and asked if we were ready to order. After replaced our order it took 1 hour before we were served our meals. One guests fries were cold while the others were hot. They did not bring the extra condiments that we had asked for and had to go back three times to fulfill our order the way we had ordered it. We started off with one server and then during the meal and other server came in and then the original server came back and the one server would announce herself as "hi guys"... We were a group of four ranging an age from 23 to 69. Referring to us as guys was totally inappropriate. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location but will continue to use Kelsey's in other locations as we have never had this type of an experience before.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

The manager was amazing - he was energetic, personable and was seen everywhere during the night. The place was quite busy when we arrived, but then died down after about 30 minutes. The waitress was also great - it just took time to get our final meals. Overall the food was not great.請問這對你有幫助嗎？
