Loud but lively. Reputation for kitchen running out of certain items as it gets closer to end of night. Reservations made but restaurant was still 45 min late to seat us, which could have contributed to certain food items being unavailable. Mediocre experience unfortunately

Hectic NYE experience. Been before and enjoy what Kemuri has to offer and with holiday business expectations in mind, still had a sour time. BUT! Our wait staff was very kind and accommodating where possible.

It was a bit busy on NYE, as expected, but the overall experience felt off compared to other visits. The food lacked the “wow” factor that it had before, and the tiki drinks were good, but were filled to the brim with ice.

Love, love, LOVE the food and drinks here! And the vibes are great. My husband and I love having such a nice place so close to our East Riverside home.

Unique, cool restaurant. The food was delicious with a mixture of Texas barbecue and Asian foods. Very creative and delicious. The Sake was also very good.

We came back for our friend's birthday and we were not disappointed. His favorite was the hamachi collar hands down, though everything else was phenomenal. The eggplant was the most surprising, blowing the minds of our eggplant haters at the table. The drinks were fantastic with our favorites being the puff puff pass and the neko-jita martini. Service was impeccable as well, and you cannot beat the soundtrack. We'll be back!

Absolutely delicious food and the service was awesome. Everything we had was so good but favorites were the tsukune (best we've ever had), the special sashimi trio, and the BBQ tsukemen. Look forward to returning!
