Kettner Exchange boasts two levels of indoor/outdoor drinking and dining and Little Italy’s only rooftop patio with spanning harbor views. We feature Progressive American cuisine from critically acclaimed Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski. In 2019, Kettner Exchange was named to Michelin Guide's prestigious Bib Gourmand list. Kettner Exchange has proudly maintained this award every year thereafter. Originally introduced in 1997, the Bib Gourmand category highlights restaurants that serve high-quality meals which include two courses and a glass of wine or dessert for $40 or less.

    Celebrate Valentine's Day in style with a 5-course tasting menu at $110 per person. Please note that only the Valentine's Day menu will be offered on this day, a la carte dining will not be available in the main dining room. An optional curated wine pairing will be available at $50 per person. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance may be subject to a charge of $25 per person. Tax, 20% service charge, and 4% surcharge will be added to all checks.

    This is not a Standard Reservation, please read below: *Mon-Wed evening Small Cabana Reservations have no F&B minimum but tax and 22% service charge will be applied. *Thurs-Sun evening Small Cabana Reservations have a $400 F&B minimum + tax and 22% service charge. *Sun Brunch Cabanas have a $200 F&B minimum + tax and 22% service charge. The Small Cabanas offers a space where groups of up to (6) guests are able to enjoy Kettner Exchange’s elevated cuisine and unique beverage program in a casual lounge style VIP setting. Guests may dine from the Lounge Menu till 10pm while being seated at the core of a lively open-air rooftop. Everything ordered will go onto one bill. Each reservation is for (3) hours maximum.

    the food was amazing - i’d recommend the crispy shrimp and hot and spicy noodles. our server was so nice. she gave us great food suggestions and checked on us throughout the meal. 10/10 experience!

    Great food, very cool environment. Had a wonderful time there with two clients of mine. Loved the variety of food, and the drinks were outstanding. The only issue is that it was a little cold at the bar. But when we move to a table. The temperature was fine.

    First time here - recommended by guy at the airport. Food was amazing as was the service and ambience. Definitely a must go place in San Diego.

    Our very first visit was a tastebud journey down the road of a perfect dinner experience!!!!! Perfection!!! Our waiter was so awesome and fun!!! Loved it!!!

    We had a reservation and were seated right on time. The immediate reaction to the inside was how dark it was and how selectively lit the individual tables were. My server was great and gave very detailed descriptions of the cocktails that were house made. We tried all sorts of varieties and figured which were delicious and which we would reorder in a future visit. The food was great and very flavorful. From savory to sweet we got a good palette of what was there. We tried the toast, tuna, shrimp, the shrimp noodles, and the chocolate lava cake. All ordered at the start and slowly came out as we ate. Very well timed and food was fresh and flavorful. Servings were on the smaller side and were served in a shared manner. For two people, we were full after our food and were content with our visit. 10/10 would recommend and will be back in the future.
