Kettner’s Townhouse is a restaurant and Champagne Bar with 33 bedrooms, in a historic Georgian building in London’s Soho.

Established in 1867 by Auguste Kettner, Kettner’s was one of the first restaurants in London to serve French food. The French restaurant at Kettner’s Townhouse has a menu inspired by the history of the building, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, using locally sourced ingredients from the UK.

                                                      Fabulous restaurant in the heart of SoHo/Theatreland. Large bar area separate from the restaurant. Pleasant, attentive staff serving a French inspired menu. The cheese soufflé is to die for! And the crème brûlée more than ample for 2 spoons (think dinner plate not ramekin size)! Lovely selection of cocktails and wines by the glass, the carafe and the bottle. Good chance of a celeb spot too. Recommended.

                                                      We booked spur of the moment and was pleasantly surprised with Kettner’s All of the dishes and sides we ordered were fantastic. All members of staff were great, very attentive and friendly. Overall we thought it was very reasonably priced, efficient service, flavourful food. One of the best dining experiences we have had in London, would definitely revisit.

                                                      The service was great - attentive but not overbearing. The food is really wonderful - although perhaps a little salty! Really great place for a treat for my mums birthday

                                                      We advised in our booking notes that we were having a business meeting and required a booth, even stating when I arrived we needed to present to our clients and as soon as I opened my laptop I was rudely and abruptly told to close it in a very condescending way. My clients were actually mortified,

                                                      Everything about this restaurant is excellent. The staff in particular are friendly and attentive. It is not a cheap place but you get what you pay for and for me the atmosphere and food make it more than worthwhile. Only small gripe is to automatically add service at 14.5% is wrong. That said if I have had good service I always tip 15% so I wasn’t unhappy to pay.

                                                      Location und Service sind toll. Eine Oase mitten im trubeligen und touristischen SoHo. Essen sehr gut - vor allen Dingen die Vorspeisen waren hervorragend. Terrine und Crudite ein Traum.

                                                      Lovely setting in an old dining room that is now part of the Soho House Group. Food is delicious, although limited vegetarian options. Some of the staff are a little brusque but overall very good.
