    The food was fine. I had the pani poori was different tasting, than regular pani poori. I did like the presentation. Overpriced for Indian food, but known given it was Sanjeev Kapoor’s restaurant. I was just fascinated that the waiter did not check on me to order food, after eating my appetizer. I waited about 25-30 minutes, and just gave up and handed them my credit card to close out the bill. Oh well.

    We had higher expectations from Khazana. The food was average, as was the service. From a value for money perspective, it wasn’t great, because there was nothing in the experience that was outstanding or worth a special mention.

    Had dinner at Khazana last week. We have been wanting to go there since it opened because we have been to the Yellow Chilli in Santa Clara a few times and loved it. The service was top notch. The staff paid attention to us without being intrusive. We ordered vegetarian food and everything was just very delicious. We ordered Chana Jor Garam and Ricotta gulati kebabs for starters and they were both awesome. For the main course, we had sham savera kofta (actually invented by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor) and baked cauliflower mussalam with garlic naan and lacha paratha. Dessert was carrot pudding tart. It was mouth watering. Will definitely come back soon.

    Excellent food. Service tonight was very erratic and slow. Lots of waiting for my drink and also for the food.

    Excellent food and good recommendations by the server. Service was a little slow considering the place was not crowded but we really appreciated that chef was able to make a Paneer dish for our son without nuts. The ambiance was quiet and chill and the dark lighting made the experience very private. Wonderful dinner and will certainly be back to try the other things on the menu.

    The service was mediocre. The food was good. When they cleared the first course my fork was taken away. When the next course arrived I asked for a fork and no one came back with one. I waited and finally managed to finish my meal without a fork as it was naan. When the bill arrived the options for tip were only 18, 20 and 22 or 25 % or no tip. There was no option for custom tip. When I asked the hostess she said the Square company wouldn’t give them that option. If the restaurant hopes to be tipped 18-25%, their service has to match that.

    The Food quality was good but was a bit on the pricier side. We tried the paneer tikla, prawns, sham-savera and home style chicken curry with butter and garlic naan. All items were tasty.

    Too expensive. Had chicken pepper, Amritsar fish, pepper mushroom and steamed rice. It was $115. Had no drinks. Also, options for tipping was no tip, 18%, 25% etc. A choice of custom tip wasn’t there. Restaurants shouldn’t force customers to pay. I usually pay over 18% tips but it shouldn’t be mandated.
