Welcome to KIEM’s dining– A Fusion of Flavours by Kiếm (aka Andre) & Yuan

At KIEM’s dining, we invite you to experience a dynamic blend of modern Asian cuisines crafted by Chef Kiếm, whose culinary journey has spanned some of the best kitchens in Melbourne, Geelong, Aireys Inlet and Kyneton. Formerly the Head Chef at The Gin Kitchen in Aireys Inlet and Sous Chef at Fook Shing in Kyneton, Kiếm has honed his skills in bringing bold flavours and innovative techniques to every dish.

Together with his business and life partner, Yuan, who brings the Taiwanese heritage to the table, they offer a unique menu that marries the rich, vibrant flavours of Vietnam and Taiwan with contemporary twists. Each dish reflects their shared passion for food, culture, and tradition, delivering an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates the diverse tastes of Asia.
