We was on time for our reservation. We wait at the front check in stand for 10 minutes. No one ever came to check us in. My husband had to go find someone. Then when she came, she didn’t know what to do or where to put us. There was an hibachi area full with people just sitting there and hibachi had not started. We sat down on the couch behind the bar and 4 people from that table got up and walked out. A couple at the bar walked out and recommended another hibachi place a few minutes away. We then left and settled for BJ’s. They were understaffed. I understand that it’s Valentines Day; they clearly were not prepared.
