The restaurant was very busy. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! We shared a wedge salad which was still huge even though we had shared it! The shrimp and sausage risotto and short rib were amazing! Huge servings!

Great place to eat in Windsor, Ca. Food was great and we had a great waitress. Highly recommended. Also, they're sister restaurant in Healdsburg, Ca., called Kinsmoke. It's BBQ.

We had some issues with our orders. Even though we explained allergies and sensitivity to peppers and pepper, the vegetables had both in them. The waitress apologized and blamed the kitchen. Also, salmon was ordered for the Caesar salad and shrimp was served. A piece of salmon was provided when we told them if the problem. One issue was inconvenient, the other could be dangerous. I have eaten at Kin many times and enjoy it. However, communication needs to be better. Blaming the kitchen isn’t professional or helpful.

We were really excited to try Kin because it was close to our hotel and the menu looked great. It took awhile before we were able to place our order for a bottle of wine and our entrees. We received our entrees and halfway through our meal we received our bottle of wine. The food was delicious but the service was poor.

Second time dining at KIN and this time was lunch with friends. GREAT service from a friendly team who were doing all the things: Service, running food, slinging drinks. They made it seem effortless and were so friendly along the way. We shared the wings (Hawaiian are great) and the crab dip. Delish. Burgers were throroughly enjoyed and love a salad with warm (not cold) chicken. Great cocktails and draught beers. Wine list is approachable if not terribly local. Look forward to returning!
