   The food quality was not the greatest . We were never given a choice to the fillings of the sandwiches, yet the people sat behind us were . Our servers however were really nice . And went out of their way to wish my little girl a happy birthday and really engaged with her . It was also a cracking cup of tea

   Really enjoyed the food. Just the right amount for us. We were there celebrating our wedding anniversary and the restaurant gave me a free glass of Prosecco 😊

   Food was fantastic and ambience delightful. I did have to ask for milk for my tea which took a while as staff were not around, and the table was set with saucers instead of side plates which was disappointing but afternoon tea was lovely.

   Arrived a little early and shown to table , room was quite dated and could do with some tlc , service was a little slow and disjointed with the tray of food delivered with a cellophane wrap on it and no drinks for some time which then arrived in mismatched cups and saucers and no spoons or sugar etc, food was ok but we received no further service after the hot drinks were delivered

    We booked via the app but were told the kitchen had closed on arrival despite a confirmed booking. The service felt like we’d outstayed our welcome before we’d even eaten, the quality of the food was really poor and did not represent value for money at all. The side salad had yellowed leaves. The music was over loud and the restaurant felt like sitting in a upmarket canteen - staff couldn’t even provide friendly, clear directions to the loo. Really poor impression, poor customer service - i’ve had better food in a chain restaurant.
