The typical tourist trap- expensive for an average meal. The guacamole was impossible to eat as it was overpowered by the raw onions. The cochinita was ok, but lacked flavor. The tortillas on the panuches tradicionales was hard and again flavorless. The server tried to compensate with a free coffee which was thoughtful but does not compensate for the lack of flavor and expensive bill.

Wasn't sure what to expect, was worried we were being too touristy - but if we were who cares, gorgeous setting, lovely food and service - all in all a lovely experience and recommend without hesitation.

Comida y ambiente bien. Papadzules Kinich 9/10 y queso relleno 7/10 Pero el servicio algo lento, tardaron mucho en traernos la cuenta y solo después de pedirla varias veces. Se llena mucho y los baños no son suficientes Lo recomiendo pero tiene áreas de oportunidad y ciertamente hay otras opciones en Izamal igual muy buenas y sin los aspectos a mejorar que mencioné

El venado almendrado y el flan de queso de bola son deliciosos. La atención de todo el personal siempre fue amable, es especial de nuestra mesera Carmen. El costo es justo y el lugar es muy bonito.

Kinich es una parada obligada si estás en Yucatán, su cocina tradicional te envuelve en los sabores más típicos del estado con una elaboración prácticamente perfecta, se nota en el sabor la calidad de los ingredientes y la dedicación de todo el personal, simplemente un imperdible que te enamorará

Vale la pena probar todo!!! Lo único que sí recomiendo es hacer si o si reserva a menos que quieras esperas más de una hora para que te asignen mesa.

We had a reservation for 1PM. It said that there was a grace period of 10 minutes, after that the reservation would be canceled. We were there exactly at 1PM, when the doors opened. The restaurant was entirely empty. We were the first to enter the restaurant. They directed us to a waiting room, like everyone. We waited there 25 minutes to be seated, even though the entire restaurant was empty. There was only 1 person seating the people, and she was very slow. Then we ordered the food. They delivered the wrong order. After the meal, which was completely ordinary, nothing good, we ordered a flan and coffee. We received the coffee, but not the flan. We had to remind them and wait another 15 minutes to get the flans. This restaurant is past its prime, it is overrated. It is barely passable. Its glory is behind it. We will not go back
