   Perfect meal. No waiting, seamless service. Sharifs M, server, was attentive, but not too much so, and handily took care of any requests my guests had. Was pleased to bring my family to Kipos’ Easter meal, and the menu offering did not disappoint. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

   Noise level was a little high. It was difficult to cart a conversation at the table. Other than that the food was delicious.

   Kira, our waitress was so sweet & helpful. Our bartender, Kyle, came to our table & opened a bottle of prosecco so we could have mimosas for the table. He was so helpful & very sweet also. The food was excellent, ambiance amazing, music nice & we had a wonderful Easter celebration there! Definitely recommend!

   We celebrated Easter Sunday with brunch at Kipos. It was perfect. I love the atmosphere. Our food was delicious. I can’t wait to go back again soon.

   I usually have a great experience at Kipos, which is one of my favorite restaurants. However, last night was disappointing. I ordered one of the specials—flounder with vegetables—and was surprised by the small portion of fish and overly greasy vegetables. Unfortunately, the heaviness of the dish gave me a stomachache.

   Food was delicious but the service was terrible. I’m usually not one to complain, but the server didn’t come to the table for 10 mins, then forgot our appetizer. Did not check in much during the meal. He did apologize midway through and said they got “slammed”. It was 1/4 full, so I’m assuming they had only staffed 1-2 servers for lunch. We did make a reservation, though, so hopefully if more people do it they can better plan for the future.

   The food and service were excellent as always, but I really wish the music weren’t so loud. Does it have to be that loud? we could barely have a conversation and there were only four of us—none of us are hard of hearing in our 50s. They’re so few restaurants in Durham where you can actually hear other people speaking. It would be unique if you turn down the volume.
