KITA
Japanese for “north”, KITA is a Japanese grill style restaurant set in a stunning, modern space that welcomes guests with indoor, al fresco and sushi bar seating. Mornings awaken with a menu of seasonal favorites and breakfast classics, while afternoon and evening menus put the spotlight on fresh sushi, Japanese steakhouse favorites, cozy ramen bowls and a thoughtfully curated menu of beer, sake, wine and cocktails.

Inspired by the spirit of Thanksgiving, join our chefs as they prepare, service and share dinner with a cause. Our Chefsgiving meal will include a delectable buffet dinner of Thanksgiving favorites for the entire family, with a percentage of every meal directly funding the Christian Center of Park City’s Food Assistance Programs. Featuring seasonal delights like Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Autumn Harvest Salad, Herb Roasted Turkey & Strip Loin Carving Station and a selection of sweets for dessert. Children’s plates available in addition, reservations recommended. Chefsgiving Buffet | KITA | Thursday, November 28 | 3:00pm – 10:00pm $135 per person, includes a $10 donation to Christian Center of Park City

Spend an extra special New Year at KITA, with a five-course prix-fixe dinner, champagne, and plenty of dazzle to start 2025 off right. Featuring selections like Sushi Sampler, Main Lobster Thermidor, Gable Braised Short Rib, Charcoal Grilled Elk Chop and New York Strip. Pair our dinner at KITA with our Pool House fireworks viewing and Après Pendry New Year’s celebrations. Featuring an evening of DJ sets, live music line up, special bites, and countdown celebration with champagne toast. Reservations not required. While you enjoy dinner, let the kids enjoy our Pendry Kid’s Night Out event (5-12 yo). Join us for an action-packed evening filled with fun games and more. Reserve separately with Pendry Park City.

From lobby bartender, to hostess and server- the Entire staff was professional, caring and efficient. By far the BEST customer service that I have experienced. Five star rating all around😀

The service was impeccable. Our server, Christine, gave phenomenal suggestions (3 oz of Wagyu as an app for the table to get a taste of it - unbelievable!) and dessert options. Our sushi was a little delayed in getting to the table and they more than made up for it - with service, comps, and acknowledgement. The food was incredible - something for everyone at the table: non-meat eaters and non-seafood eaters. As a local, we will definitely be back - and recommend to others visiting or local!

The hostess was very warm and kind as we arrived, waitress was very kind and attentive the entire time and offered great suggestions. Food was amazing, the filet was incredibly tender, and the atmosphere was just right. Well worth the price, definitely recommend.

Service was fantastic. Food was above average but definitely not what I expect when I pay that amount.

We tried the Dine About menu and everything was fantastic. Did the upgraded sushi and karagi apps - both were great. Branzino was the most amazing entree. Filet also worthwhile. Wine pairing was icing on the cake. Some of the best service we’ve had in PC and beautiful ambience.
