Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

    Very nice top rated and award winning restaurant. We did family style to try multiple dishes. The shrimp cocktail was super fresh and properly done, the Caesar salad was amazingly good, have to say it might be the best we have ever had. The bolognese pasta was too strong for my taste, but the pasta itself is very good. The dry aged steak worth every penny, and the side dishes are all well made. Price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended

    Amazing! Had never dined there before and would love to come back. Was celebrating my mom’s birthday and it was a perfect experience. Truly was floored with how good the food was. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for making our night so magical

    Amazing food. I’d like to see them stop running this lovely spot like a “hotel restaurant” and give the chef the special dining experience deserved. Somewhere between what they are doing now and what Norman did with his new digs.

    Food was excellent. Servers were earnest and personable but service felt random. We sat with dirty dishes on the table, no one checked on our meal after serving and the bill was presented/paid before dessert and coffee were served. For a Michelin starred restaurant, I expected more but it is a large dining room and perhaps busier than usual on Christmas Day.

    The food arrived before the drinks and the drinks when we already started eating,asking for bread when arrived the waiter accidentaly threw on the floor but he didn’t replace.

    The food and service are excellent. Very pricey. We were disappointed by the diners wearing shorts and flip flops.
