Fairmont Kea Lani’s signature restaurant Kō offers award-winning cuisine inspired by the vast collection of ethnicities brought together during Maui’s sugarcane plantation era.

Originating from the kitchens of Kō chefs’ tutus and aunties, taste generations of local cuisine deep rooted in the island’s culture and history. Peruse the menu and the tantalizing dishes, which highlight the unique flavors of Maui.

Open daily for happy hour (4:00pm until 5:00pm) and dinner (5:00pm until 8:30pm).

    Tasty food but some items overpriced and they have eliminated the bread service presumably to cut costs which was excellent

    We had dinner at Ko on 2/7/25. We ordered the Mongchong with lemongrass coconut sauce and it was delicious; the seafood laulau was also excellent; but the zarzuela (like a bouillabaisse) broth was average in flavor, and although it had lots of seafood in it, and we would probably not order it again. The wait staff were very attentive for anything we needed and refreshed our water and cleared the table very quickly. However, the waiter who took our order was slow to come to the table, our food was slow to come out, and we had to look for the waiter to get our check. For the price paid and with the Fairmont brand and service, I would have expected a little more attention from the waiter. It was also a bit noisy as we were seated next to a group celebrating a birthday, and the ladies were a bit loud, and we had some difficulty having a conversation due to the noise level.
