Fairmont Kea Lani’s signature restaurant Kō offers award-winning cuisine inspired by the vast collection of ethnicities brought together during Maui’s sugarcane plantation era.

Originating from the kitchens of Kō chefs’ tutus and aunties, taste generations of local cuisine deep rooted in the island’s culture and history. Peruse the menu and the tantalizing dishes, which highlight the unique flavors of Maui.

Open daily for happy hour (4:00pm until 5:00pm) and dinner (5:00pm until 8:30pm).

Join us every Sunday (10:30am until 12:30pm) for the best brunch on Maui! Island-favorites, brunch cocktail specials and live entertainment!

    Everyone at the restaurant was helpful and the food was delicious. We tried pork boa buns and flavored perfectly. Also had coconut curry soup, lobster tempura and the fresh catch. All prepared well. Service excellent too.

    The Sunday brunch is outrageously overpriced for mediocre food. Take a hard pass on Ko and go to the Lobby Lounge or Nick’s Fishmarket instead.

    We celebrated my mother’s retirement. Waiter did a great job. He was very warm and friendly. Great brunch location!

    Our dinners were wonderful, and the atmosphere lovely. The restaurant opens to the Fairmont’s beautiful grounds and is within walking distance to the beach. Fish was fresh and perfectly cooked and seasoned. We continue to dine at Ko for its exceptional service, food, and atmosphere.

    My wife and I had dinner here. Many people rated this restaurant very high, we found it average. 1 appetizer, 2 entries, 1 dessert, 2 2 cocktails, total $270. Lavender honey ey shrimp was very good. My wife had the mahi mahi with coconut lime sauce. It was supposed to be grilled but was more poached than anything. I had the zarzuelva which was basically bouilabaisse. It was average, light on saffron. Dessert was terrible,Chantilly molten cake. Cake was dry, center cold, and Chantilly cream was a tablespoon. Couldn't eat it. I would not return, many better choices in area.
