** Kō Restaurant, in collaboration with Fairmont Kea Lani, is proud to announce Taste of Kapoho - a special fundraising dinner on Saturday, March 22, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, bringing together an extraordinary culinary experience with a meaningful cause.

This event will support the ongoing restoration of Kapoho Loko Iʻa Kalo, located on Waiheʻe Coastal Dunes & Wetlands Refuge, an ecologically and culturally significant site protected and stewarded by Hawaiʻi Land Trust and Ka Pōholima Kāʻeo.

    The food was fantastic and the waitress, Christina was also. Atmosphere was great at sunset and we had a great table. We have owned in Maui for 15 years at is was a very pleasant surprise to be given the kamaina discount. We Wii definitely be going back to Ko.

    Outstanding first impression of Maui for our first dinner on the island. Our waiter Zee was the best. Food was delicious across the whole experience. The banana bread dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. Mahalo!

    Mai tais with coconut foam were fantastic, service was attentive. My water glass never reached half empty! The honey lavender macadamia nut shrimp were out of this world! We had the catch of the day. It wasn’t mahi but similar. We tried both preparations and agreed the grillled version had a slight edge over the lemon grass version. To end the banana bread with ice cream. Every bite was perfect!
