Kobe Sushi Hibachi Bar in McAllen serves classic Japanese recipes in a modern space. Visit for lunch and dinner and watch the chefs prepare foods at the hibachi tables, or enjoy the outdoors on the patio. There's also a bar serving imported, domestic and draft beer. Meals at Kobe Sushi Hibachi Bar can start with appetizers, which include salmon tartar tostada, new style sashimi, garlic white tuna, fireball, pork or vegetable gyoza, Kobe ebi and wasabi tuna dumpling. Sushi and sashimi options are available in tuna, octopus, salmon roe, stripe bass and eight others. The menu also includes rice and noodles, soups and salads. Kobe Sushi Hibachi Bar offers low carb rolls prepared with soy paper instead of rice. Traditional special rolls on the menu include the angry dragon, LLN, legendary, Latin lover, demon and the out of control rolls. There are also classic, temaki, tempura and crunchy rolls.
