We have now dined twice. The first time we had better service but a huge mistake on orders and charges and so I called after and spoke with management. They said please ask for us next time you come in. that event was less than a month ago. ...skip to today. We go for my daughters birthday. We mark the occasion on OpenTable, We inform hostess upon being seated were here for a birthday and that the manager said to inform them next time we came in and that they would take care of us. Skip to ordering. We got sat at 4:33 and placed all food orders at 4:46. The restaurant was slow given the time we expected that. A few tables came in after we had put our order in. We order 3 appetizers, 1 kids' meals, and the three adult meals. 2 steaks and 1 sushi dinner. These dinners came with salads, drinks, and dessert. At approximately 5:15, we still had not got any appetizers. 2 damage and 1 meatball order. Other tables that came in after us had received their appetizers. Our server literally spent that entire time at the bar chatting. Finally, our appetizers came out along with the kids' pizza and salads. Which inevitably were made wrong and pur server noticed and said she would have them remade but literally all they did was pick off the tomatoes we requested not be in the salad as there were leftover tomatoes in the bottom of the salads. But the timing of the service was just bad. Like read the table bad. You dont bring 3 appetizers together as well as salads and a kids'pizza all at the same time. You space things apart. But because our server was too busy ,lirting instead of taking care of tables thus happened. The 3 other meals were brought to us 5 minutes after the appetizers were brought out. With 2 items such as steak and potatoes and a choice ifofetting the other food go cold o, obviously chose to eat the steak and let the other items go. I had hoped at his point the manager would come over. Never happened,and we left again disappointed in them.
