The krō bär is an eclectic bar with a speakeasy vibe and a passion for spirits and great food with a nod to another era.

Tucked away on Main Street in Bothell, a walkable neighborhood teaming with local art, culture and food, the artfully handcrafted krō bär has been reclaimed from the bones of Bothell’s historic hardware store in the Mohn building. The 16-foot-high tin ceilings, a hanging catwalk and the original wood floors were uncovered and restored.

Please note we are 21 and older only.

Due to the size of our location, we are unable to seat parties of more than 4 guests.

    Learn about popular spirits from notable industry personalities and distillers, and then get a hands-on cocktail lesson from our "Spiritual Advisor" Cameron MacDonald. Your Ticket includes: - A tasting of featured spirits and their history, lead by a representative of the selected distillery/brand. - Hands-on workshops to create and enjoy 2 classic/signature cocktails. - A few bites to pair with the selected cocktails/spirits. Tickets are for 5PM, 7PM & 9 PM seatings of the following dates/events: - Monday, January 27th - Chopin Vodka - Monday, February 24th - Santaleza Tequila - Monday, March 31st - Highland Park Scotch Whisky

    The food was beyond exceptional but it did take 45 minutes to get to our table when the restaurant wasn’t too busy. We also didn’t receive one of the sides we ordered. But the food was so good it’s still an easy 4 stars.

    Fabulous! We tried Cameron’s cocktail week creation and the Earl Grey/Yuzu cocktail (name I can’t recall!). Both delicious. Sat and the bar and the bartender was friendly and fast. Will be back again - we love it here!

    As always, the time we spend at Kro Bar is some of the greatest times of our lives! With Cam mixing up appletinis with cherry foam and a from-scratch alabama slammer for my hubby , we know we are well taken care of and can enjoy a night of cocktails and class. Love you guys!

    Wonderful craft cocktails-we sat at the bar and the bartender was fabulous. He was informative, creative and engaging without being intrusive. We had their burrata appy and will be back for dinner. Such a special place to find - speakeasy vibes. Going to try out one of their cocktail classes as well!

    The Demon Turtle cocktail is a great way to start off your night, you will not be disappointed. I started dinner with the smoked Maitake mushrooms and charcuterie board, you can't go wrong with any of their selections. The accoutrements were all delicious! We had the Gnocchi Parisienne, Brandt Farm Ribeye, Mushroom Risotto, and Dry Aged Duck Breast for the main course. It was all so good! I just wish I had room for the rest of the menu. We did not have room for dessert but I can't wait to go back and try it.

    Cam is the absolute best bartender/server. I am impressed he can make 6 drinks at once while taking orders and not mess up a single thing!

    Kitchen was backed up so the food took a while to get to our table but wow it was worth it. Amazingly delicious food. I had the ribeye, my wife had the duck. Cocktails were delicious, wine options were great for the food. The Focaccia bread appetizer is probably the best we've had.
