La Barra Huniik es el nuevo espacio del chef Roberto Solís bajo un servicio Omakase, donde el protagonista es el maíz. Barra donde podrás ver de primera mano la elaboración de los alimentos.

    The maiz omakase at La Barra was amazing, very creative and full of unusual tastes. Service and atmosphere were also exceptional. Highly recommend!

    Una experiencia fenomenal. La comida fue tan rica y innovadora. Los cocteles, también deliciosos. Y la gente muy amable y acogedora. Muy impresionante en total. Nos encanto este lugar.

    Absolutely the best food experience I have had in Mérida. Great (GREAT) food, really nice atmosphere and fantastic team of people - all of them friendly, knowledgeable and very very good at their job! My tacos were amazing, the shrimp one was just out of this world. All of them were totally spectacular. Roberto Solis and his team have created a fantastic dining location - relaxed, fun, showing off local food in exciting ways.

    Super interesting tasting menu. We turned ourselves over to the chef. Interestingly, the dishes within a course varied, so by sharing we had many more tastes. Everything was unique — these are not street tacos — and delicious. I actually thought the vegetarian dishes were the winners, but the single serving of a venison tamale with pumpkin mole was the dish we all dug into. I want it next time. The one thing I did not understand was that the wine pairing we chose was a single Sauvignon Blanc. We chose “by the glass,” which was about 50% more than we would have paid for a bottle plus a couple of glasses. Wine was good pairing with wide variety of dishes, mostly vegetarian for one member of our party. Chef did a great job accommodating my wife’s food allergies, including bringing in a dessert from Trulia, the sister restaurant next door.

    Everything was great!! If you come to Merida La Barra de Huniik it's a most! The food was amazing, the service was superb and the ambiance was unique! Totally recommended!
