La Casa by Thierry Blouet no es solo un restaurante, es un viaje culinario que refleja el amor y la dedicación de la Familia Blouet hacia la cocina. En nuestro menú, encontrarán una combinación de los platillos innovadores y clásicos reinventados, que destacan la calidad de los ingredientes orgánicos y la técnica impecable del toque francés y mexicano, pero sobre todo de la inspiración de la cocina y mesa familiar.

    This restaurant is so amazing, I ate there twice within a week. It’s so good, I booked a table for my daughter’s 30th Birthday celebration. The food is beautiful, well presented and prepared, and the service is outstanding. You won’t be disappointed.

    A wonderful discovery in Bucerias indeed! We live in Punta Esmeralda a few months out of the year and are so happy to have discovered La Casa last night! We have been a fan of Thierry Blouet and his cuisine for over two decades now - often frequented Cafe des Artistes in PV but more so Tuna Blanca in Punta de Mita most recently - and now we have him so close to us in Bucerias! Met Vanessa Blouet, his lovely daughter also a chef! The food was perfect, the service impeccable and drinks were amazing. We will be returning for sure and introduce La Casa to our friends. Congratulations! Well done Blouets! Bravo! Loved the French music so much and your modern yet elegant decor is simply lovely and a breath of fresh air. Do not change a thing. Also, the second floor is absolutely stunning to meet friends for drinks if you choose not to have dinner downstairs first. Needless to say, I highly recommend La Casa for a top notch culinary experience!

    Excelente cada uno de los platillos. Los meseros deben de estar más atentos a un servicio más rápido para estar a la altura del lugar

    Our meal was delicious. Service was excellent friendly and attentive the venue was beautiful and inviting. Heirloom tomatoes salad was fresh with excellent dressing. Hummus was smooth with perfect spiced. with best blue chips. Snapper was tender and cooked perfectly. The pea foam and peas with pineapple on the chicken was one of our favorites. Nice wine selection and cocktails. Impressive deserts wish we would have tried but too much dinner.

    The ambience and venue are spectacular. Appetizers were so delicious, especially the onion tart and heritage tomato salad. Service was excellent. Waiters were friendly and for the most part great. They do need to remember which meal goes to which person. It’s a penchant of mine. Will say I was somewhat disappointed with the main course choices and food presentation for the cost. Was expecting a more exotic French flavour. Then again, am a bit spoiled. Have a family member who is an excellent chef and takes pride in presentation. On the whole, it was a delightful evening and a wonderful experience. Cocktails and wine list were #1.

    This was our first time going to La Casa and it certainly won’t be our last. Everything was perfect! The food was outstanding, especially the red snapper, and the service was exceptional. This restaurant is a beautiful addition to the already bustling food scene in Bucerias.

    The beauty of Bucerias is definitely the people, food and Beauty, La Casa has taken these ingredients and produced the most amazing restaurant. From the moment you enter the inviting entrance you feel embraced, heard and welcomed. The staff is superb, anticipating any needs or wants. The food is in par to many Michelin star restaurants I’ve experienced, creative, unique and delicious. This was our second time, having had the Ostión-Poro-Mantequilla/oysters-leek-butter before which was a huge wow, we savored another serving for a starter along with Crudo de Pesc Día chile chintextle-maíz/Crude fishing day-chile chintextle-corn For our mains we chose Lechón-agave-verduras/ Pig-Agave and Mejillonea-chipotle-papas Fritos/ Mussels We chose two sides, elotitos-man tequila-triad negra/ Corn-butter-black truffle and El Ajo/ garlic, roasted garlic, black garlic purée, garlic flan with pita bread. Dessert was a classic, Cadamon-cassis-vanilla/ Baked Alaska served perfectly table side with a flare and liquid flames.
