Unless the food was good the service was not, waiting a long time for water and mimosa, our server was average, need to ask 3 times for our juice to go with our mimosa no matter the bottle was already there... also the table near us has a dog that was barking all the time

Traveled from NYC to visit relatives that live nearby the restaurant. Amie our server was very attentive while explaining the menu to our older family members. The appetizers were very tasty especially the beef carpaccio and the croquettes. There was a variety of options to choose from the menu for the main course. My wife and I both enjoyed a delicious espresso martini . WOW the drink was excellent. Main courses were prepared perfectly using fresh ingredients. The entire group was extremely happy and well fed. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Apparently there have been changes at La Casa De Roberta, the menu certainly was changed leaving out at least in my point of view what drove me to go there, Ambience is still as good and I have no complaints on the service , the food and the new menu are not as attractive as it used to be , I would go again but not as often .

Worst experience ever!!! From the moment we arrived we began to have a bad experience. They sat us down at the table and brought us water after 45 minutes. They never bothered to find out if we were happy. The dishes arrived raw, with bad taste and texture, and in the end they wanted to force us to pay a bill that did not belong to us. It is very sad that the one who pays the consequences is the reputation of the Official Chef of the establishment.

Servicio pésimo, no se prepararon para un evento sold out que ellos ofrecieron y promocionaron. No nos atendían, luego todo se tardaba, venían varias personas a coger la orden y nunca terminaba. tuvimos que regresar varios platos pq no estaban como pedimos. No estaban preparados. Nos íbamos a ir pero el gerente nos convenció, nos regaló varia cosas y nos dio descuentos.

The food was acceptable but overpriced, and the atmosphere was too noisy and crowded. Although the staff were friendly and courteous, there were not enough of them, resulting in slow service and mistakes with our orders. However, they did handle an undercooked appetizer well by offering a replacement and an additional one as a courtesy. To improve, the restaurant could focus on reducing wait times, managing noise levels, and providing more attention at the table. The live piano music was enjoyable, and with these improvements, the experience could be much more pleasant.
