We bought La Casa della Pasta in 2017 and moved from our home in the Langhe in Piedmont, located in the northwest of Italy to the sunshine state. We have always been passionate about food and wine and would like to share the authentic Italian cuisine we know and love with you! While our time at La Casa della Pasta is just beginning, we have spent many years in the restaurant industry and are eager to share our delicious food with you! We hope to see you soon, Mara and Franco.

We had a wonderful experience on Saturday, December 14. The food was fantastic. The service was fantastic and the overall experience was fantastic. We even had a chance to interact with the owners who are a fantastic husband wife team, who are actually out in the seating area talking with customers. We had no less than six people give us attention and assistance during our restaurant visit. Congrats to everybody there this a wonderful restaurant!

My husband and I had not been to Cassa Della Pasta in several years and decided it was time for another visit. Our food was out of this world. The toast and flavored butter, the bread with some wonderful EVOO, the prosciutto and Burrata appetizer, his lobster pasta, and my Flounder dish… All were absolutely delicious.

the was a large party that was quite loud it made our ability to converse with our table guests a bit off. otherwise we totally enjoyed our food

Pros: extensive menu, reasonable decor, extensive wine list. Cons: the proprietors are supposed to be from the Piedmont region of Italy, but you would never know that from the quality of the food preparation. I ordered veal pizzaiola. When served, it was breaded, but it hadn’t been recently pan fried; the breading was like mush. Inexpert or indifferent reheating procedure. One of the two pieces of veal was inedible, because it was too stringy. Very disappointing and not what I expected given some of the positive reviews. The other major negative is that the front of the house staff were more interested in chatting with each other behind the bar and they were in keeping track of and checking on their guests. Overall, seemed promising from all the positive reviews in our initial entrée into the restaurant. However, after that, it all went downhill. I don’t plan to return.

It was really great. Tableside fettuccine was delicious but my favorite was the ravioli plin with ragu. All homemade and paired with the Elvio Cogno Barolo Cucina Nuova - simply perfection. The staff was attentive and you can tell it’s family run.

This is a nice small local restaurant that serves tasty food. I do think that the tables next to the bar are not the best since that’s where all the food app drivers come in to get orders. Also, we saw several open tables but had to wait till our reservation time to be seated. I like the menu and the general vibe . But the dessert menu deserves more attention than just those paper printouts. I also observed an issue at another table where a customer was having issues with his salad which was carried around by at least 3 different people before being placed again in front of him , unchanged, and was ultimately pushed aside. They should have made him a new one or offered an alternative.

My top italian restaurant to go to! It’s a must try and once you do , you will be hooked. Their owners/ staff are absolutely wonderful and the food is delicious and is pure authentic homemade italian food! The menu is extensive with mouth watering dishes to choose from and the wine selections are amazing ! Please try and you won’t be disappointed!
