   I had a wonderful experience at La ciel. thanks to the exceptional service from Jagrit. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly enhanced our visit. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend La ciel and a big shoutout to Jagrit for his outstanding service!

   Let’s start with the good—every dish we ordered was well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. However, the service was disappointing. It took far too long for someone to take our order, and even after placing it, there were noticeable delays in getting our food and drinks. The staff didn’t seem very attentive, and at times, it felt like we were being ignored. Overall, I’d say this restaurant is worth a visit for the food alone, but don’t expect top-notch service. If they could improve their attentiveness and efficiency, this place would be a five-star experience.

   The ambience and the food was amazing. The quality and quantity was quite good. Loved this place, for sure I’ll come back again.

   Tables could have been lower or couch could have been higher. Food was good but could have been better. Drinks were very expensive. $21 for mojito is way higher. Also for gratituty, most of restaurant in GTA is applied on 6 or more people, here was 5 or more.

   I went seocnd time here. The last time i went i ordered panner starter and i saw it was good and good amount of paneer as well. The second time there were many veggies compare to paneer. And then the service guys were rude and not very helpful. The ambient light is very dim. I would be nice to add a little more light and the food compare to price is not that great it is very expensive restaurant. The money is for igloos i think. But other than this this is no value for money in terms of food

Service and Atmosphere The staff are attentive and strive to provide a pleasant dining experience. The dome setting adds a unique charm, making it suitable for special occasions or a distinctive night out. Conclusion La Ciel stands out for its ambiance and culinary offerings. Addressing the shortcomings in their cocktail and sheesha services would elevate the overall experience, making it a top-tier dining destination in Etobicoke.    Inside dome was cold, we came inside the restaurant, it was still cold there. Service was slow i think staff was less. Food was not bad but expensive.
