Reforma Palm Springs offers a world-class dining and nightlife venue while remaining rooted in Southern California with an authentic sense of place. Occupying nearly 9,000 square feet of a mid-century icon unique to Palm Springs.

Inspired by Latin American culture, our Pan-Latin menu pays homage to the Southern California experience. Cuisines from Mexico, Central, and South America are represented and fused, paired with our handcrafted cocktails, delivering a unique dining opportunity.

We dined at La Cochina on a quiet Sunday night. We had been wanting to try it out and we were not disappointed. Our host, Nico, was gracious, attentive, and delightfully charming in a totally unassuming way. I had the Cubano sandwich which was delicious and huge. We will be sure to return to try the Loma as it's aroma at the next table was intoxicating. Their drink menu was jam packed with a variety of intriguing concoctions. If you are a fan of Latin American cuisine, or even just have a discerning palate, I urge you to give it a try. The bottle of their albarino was perfect for the meal. CHEERS

We got seated right at reservation time, server took a minute to come take our order, but not too long, but then it took almost 20 minutes for our cocktails to be delivered and they only brought 3 out of the 4 ordered. The food came before we got the 4th drink. All that being said, the food was very good. I would go back but they definitely need to improve the service.

We were the only ones in the place and it took a very long time to get our food. The food was okay but we’ve had so many wonderful meals in Palm Springs so we were a little disappointed

First time at Reforma and we definitely will be back. Miguel, our server, was outstanding. Informative, friendly and there when you wanted him. It’s a beautiful bar and dining room. It was hard to decide on food as everything looked delicious. We had the elotes and the most tender calamari we ever ate. Salmon was cooked perfectly and was very moist and delicious. We came for the Peruvian chicken and were not disappointed.

the food was amazing; each plate better than the next. however the ambiance did not match how good the food was and attracted very rowdy crowds. we were also unaware that the restaurant turned into a night club while we were having dinner

We decided spontaneously to try the restaurant last night. We had been to Reforma for drinks but never dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice dining room, the excellent service, and great food. We'll be back!
