Italian food lovers can rejoice: Elis Haxhistasa (Manager) and Ronald Poulin (Chef) have joined forces to open their La Cucina Ristorante.
Our team provides comfortable old world atmosphere with an emphasis on quality and style, with special attention to preferences. La Cucina also has customized menu options and private room (on request), indoor or outdoor and Chefs Table to accommodate all of your event needs. Whether you are planning an intimate dinner, a baby or bridal shower, birthday or anniversary, business event or a wedding party, come and celebrate with us!

One of the BEST BYOB restaurants in the NJ shore vicinity. Food is consistently fabulous all year around. Wait staff outstanding. Kristina is our very favorite.

Very fresh ingredients and spectacular flavors. Very good authentic Italian food and loved the varieties on Dailey special they offer as well.

Salmon was prepared perfectly with a delicious sauce. Caesar salad was dressed finely. Ask for anchovies they are a separate charge.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at La Cucina Ristorante, and it was an unforgettable experience that truly showcased why this place never disappoints. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere that set the tone for a delightful evening. As a BYOB establishment, we brought along a bottle of our favorite wine, which made the dining experience even more personal. I enjoyed the cioppino special and the veal chop Parmesan, while my wife opted for the seafood chowder and the vitello Marsala. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and crafted with care. The cioppino was a vibrant medley of fresh seafood in a rich, savory spicy broth that was utterly delightful. The veal chop Parmesan was incredible—tender, juicy, and generously layered with melted cheese. My wife was equally impressed with her selections. The seafood chowder was filled with an abundance of fresh seafood, while the vitello Marsala was a perfect blend of tender veal and a luxurious Marsala sauce that was simply divine. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring we left feeling completely satisfied as well as with a heft bag to take some home! The service was top-notch; our server was attentive, knowledgeable. La Cucina Ristorante never fails to impress, and this visit was a wonderful celebration of my wife’s birthday. We can’t wait to return!
