Located at 699 14th Street on the coveted corner of 14th and G Street NW, La Grande Boucherie is situated on the most high-profile street in Washington D.C., just one block away from the White House. The restaurant is built in elegant and ornamental Art Nouveau style, evoking the sense of optimism from the turn of the 20th century. The brasserie’s menu features both classic and modern French dishes, with focus on the meat program, raw bar and extravagant large-format meats, ideal for sharing and celebrating. Mahogany wood and glass partitions divide the gargantuan space to create intimate dining experiences. These pieces are adorned in gilded accents and uniquely curved arches inspired by the 20th-century Art Nouveau movement of Paris. The main dining room highlights a massive curved bar with a metal top imported from Paris, a signature piece of Boucherie.

Placed in the comments that we were celebrating our anniversary. Our anniversary was acknowledged upon check in but our extremely tiny table was right by the restrooms and the wait stand. The food and service was excellent and we would have stayed longer to enjoy more drinks and dessert to celebrate our anniversary had we had a such a horrible table location.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Was really hyped on the new environment and ambience per the photos and reviews I saw. And with the pedigree of this restaurant, really expected a lot more for a $425 price tag for 2. Steak had an incomplete sear (just the edges), we didn’t get served the bottle of wine we ordered until we had already started our main course and had to ask for the wine. Most definitely did not meet the value proposition and will likely be steering diners away because the experience was nowhere close to worth the money. I made reservations several weeks in advance, we were visiting family in the Washington DC area. The restaurant was beautiful but are table was in a terrible location, the far corner of the restaurant in front of the time clock where employees clock out. The entire meal we had employees walking back & fourth, it was distracting. The service was nothing great. We were given bread on the table but no bread plate, I had to ask for pepper for my salad. The food was not very good, my husband ordered a Ribeye medium rare & it came medium well, it was thin & dry. We had previously eaten at La Grande Boucherie in NYC and were hoping their new DC restaurant would be equally outstanding. Although the ambiance, service, and food were good, we were disappointed that the non alcoholic cocktail we ordered wasn’t available because they had run out of green apple slices.
