Very good service even though the place was packed, and excellent food. Ceviche was terrific, as was the cooked octopus (which is often done poorly at other restaurants). Love the crispy potatoes. The beef in the stir fry was very tender and mixed seafood with fried rice was very good too.

My third time at La Mar. I love the ceviche the best. I've tried different dishes and love them all. Great ambience and costumer service

Great Service. They are overly expensive for what they have to offer. Sometimes, restaurants equate price with elevated quality and taste. This is unfortunately one of those places. Charging $20 for a drink that is 90% ice and $50 for an Ahi tuna ceviche with two pieces of tuna is not worth insulting my intelligence. The Desert was to die for though! and the service was fantastic. will not be back unless the food quality starts matching the price!

The food was simply outstanding. This was my second time there in two weeks. Try Cebiche Tasting sampler, el trio tiraditos and different sides like tacu tacu, fried rice, they are all super tasty and flavorful and so are the yucca fries. The sauces are fantastic. For the main course we tried California halibut prepared the Peruvian way and it was delicious and the quantity good enough for 5. Only ding is limited dessert options, but you are so full by the time you get there you may not want one :)

Waited 15 minutes after checking in with the front desk. The food was nice, but the server was a little pushy to sell cold appetizers and desserts.

Food is all amazing! 3rd time here and couldn’t recommend it more for a special occasion. If prices were a little better I would love to go more often!!!
