At La Marchande, Chef John Fraser revitalizes the French chophouse, spotlighting seasonal ingredients and a fresh approach to steakhouse dining. The café-inspired dining room and casual bar setting provide unique environments for both formal meals and relaxed drinks.

Chef John presents innovative dishes like "French Onion Dumplings" and seared "Bone Marrow," served in a freshly baked baguette. The menu features a variety of simply prepared proteins, including "Aged Long Island Duck" and "Broiled Prawns" with bouillabaisse maître d butter. Vegetarian options like "Hen of The Woods Steak" and "Cauliflower Tarte Tatin" showcase Chef John's creative flair.

Well…pretty misleading and pretty bad. First time I’ve considered complaining to a manager about the food. For such a high price it was horrible. $500 tab not including tip for cafeteria food :/ The seafood tower advertised as having lobster and king crab came with both! As a salad… brought out seafood tower out too early like mins after ordering and then took it back and gave us the same one about 30 mins later (early delivery wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that it was a pre fixe coursed meal and the server had specifically asked when we wanted it which was after first course) Entrees were horrible—ordered short rib and their steak knives couldn’t cut through it—seriously?? Brought what felt like days old potato gratin and the cheese wasn’t even melted it was just foul. Sampled the cranberry sauce and it was so tart (so so so tart) that I made a face. Manager came over and asked how things were, said they were fine because I was still reeling from the tartness and because it’s Christmas—no one wants to be a hassle like that. Desserts gave Costco vibes. One cookie was very yummy. The pull apart bread was also good (oh table bread also came after seafood tower thing it just was a mess) Still, I feel I need to write this review because, again, for $500 + tip I think it’s right to warn people not to waste their money. At least not on a special event… Cocktails were good about $20-30 per drink

The ambiance was good. However the service was terrible. First off the server didn't know what was on the menu. After that, every course that we had we didn't get checked on. After we were done with a course we didn't get our plates removed for 15 min. When we were finished, we had to find a manager to get our check and pay. They were not prepared for a preset Holiday menu.

The food and service were excellent. We'll definitely return. Our server, Zama, was professional, helpful, and attentive. He made us feel welcome and his recommendations were spot on. A great experience!

The food was good Desert was not good at all just one bite and we stopt. Cocktail can be a lot better. Service was very good

El café estaba frío. La comida muy simple, El lugar es muy elegante, limpio pero la comida no esta muy buena.
