   We had a great experience. The food and drinks were wonderful. Our server, Jess, was a delight. The decor was really eclectic and fun. It was a bit loud but it was a busy Saturday evening so that’s expected. We will definitely be back.

   I met 3 friends for dinner and our expectations were blown away. This was the best meal any of us have had in a very long time. This restaurant is a gem! A *must* visit! Management and staff were fantastic and made wonderful recommendations. There wasn’t a dish we didn’t love. Highly recommend the short rib, corn ribs, and the guacamole with bleu cheese! Dreaming of the next time I can go back!

   The food taste and the drink's preparation were excellent; slight improvement is needed in outdoor table arrangements. The restaurant's high-end pricing is undoubtedly present: two cocktails, two skirt steaks, two appetizers, and gratuity-tipped scales at nearly $250. This is an excellent place for a couple to have a nice night out; we will be back, but we recognize that those wanting to enjoy all of the meals may find it cost-prohibitive and perhaps find lower-end options like Easton's Mesa or Center Valley's Torre to offer a similar, albeit inferior menu choice. The food is superior to any Mexican restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. Parking is also problematic as it is on Hellertown's Main Street, and off-street parking is virtually nonexistent. The staff is very professional, interactive, attentive, and pleasant. Overall, a must-do when rotating around the Lehigh Valley restaurant circuit.

   Great food. A bit on the expensive side but everything is delicious. Definitely recommend we go often. Special guac is delicious. The fish and lamb birria are our go to dishes. However, the short ribs and the flank steak are very good as well. Can’t go wrong here.

   Food was delicious shrimp Empanada was delicious lamb birria has to be the best I've had in the lehigh Valley cocktails were very good well balance over all food and drinks were well balanced with flavor one concern is my wife found her dish too spicy would note to just let customer know if the food is spicy or if they eat spicy but I love spicy so it was good for me

   We’ve eaten at La Maya several times and have always had a great experience. Great ambiance. We loved sitting near Frida Kahlo! The food is delicious. The service is excellent. Everyone is friendly. Thank you for a lovely dinner last night!
