    Paella was mediocre and not seasoned. Wait staff attentive and replaced overly sweet sangria with red wine voluntarily. Kudos. Made reservation on Open Table and restaurant was dark when we arrived.

    First of all, let me clarify that we open at 7 o'clock, the time of your reservation. You arrived about 5 minutes early, is it normal that the lights were off, it's a responsibility with energy savings! Your reservation was at Pau Claris, and you decided to go to Diagonal, they still served you gladly, they changed the sangria for wine, when you showed your displeasure with it, without problems and to maintain the good service, as for mediocre paella, let's see how to tell you, without offense, with more than 2,500 reviews between the two restaurants we have, with a 5-star index above 90%, one of two, either you had very bad luck with the paella, or what you know as paella, is not an authentic paella, thank you for praising the service, and we hope you find what your palate deserves.

    Excellent food and service. The restaurant was close to closing hours but they allowed us to enter anyways and cooked a really good paella for us. Will definitely return.

    We were visiting Barcelona and decided to check out Open Table for options. We found and reserved a table last minute at La Paella de Su. The waiter was fun and engaging in giving us information about the menu. As one would expect we ordered Paella. It was wonderful.
