We are a Costa Rica Steak House Restaurant with specialty of Lebanese and international food. We cook on the grill, with charcoal and firewood our majority of dishes in this way we can discover each ingredient its most juicy flavor.

The menu of La Parrilla de María Bonita is the result of years of experience, in which we managed to find the perfect steps for each of our delicious dishes to satisfy our most demanding guests. Discover our specials of lamb, national beef and the internationally certified Black Angus Steak, or live a true and authentic gastronomic experience by tasting the best wines, beers and our lebanese food with the best flavor and freshness. We have a wide variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Dare to enjoy with us one of the best dining experiences in Costa Rica. We have private parking under reservation. Our restaurant is located in the heart of La Fortuna next to the Central Park and Downtown Boutique Hotel.

The food and service were exceptional. We had the surf and turf special for two it was excellent. The atmosphere was fun and energetic with a solo performer. We will be back.

Good food, but service was a bit haphazard- possibly because it was Christmas Eve and they were busy.

Our server was attentive and super sweet. There was a one-man band that played songs ranging from the Rocky theme song to Depeche Mode-and it was awesome! The ambience was fantastically weird. Behind the music man was a pool and an abandoned hotel area that included a pool with putt-putt grass deck and a storage room fitting of Dexter season 3 (the John Lithgow season). We got the special which consisted of your choice of steak (ribeye or flank), grilled octopus, veggies and mashed potatoes. That presentation was kinda weird, with way too much octopus, but overall pretty good. I would recommend going here with a sense of humor and in the mood for a good time.

Our absolute favorite restaurant in La Fortuna! We first came for our 10th anniversary and it was the perfect celebration. The food was local, fresh, and unbelievably delicious. Cocktails were well made and there was a great wine selection. The service could not have been better. There was live music. We stopped in a few days later for a late afternoon lunch. The food was as good as we remembered. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Service was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Food was fair. We both had steak,which was recommended in previous reviews. Restaurant is located next to the hotel pool which was noisy and decor was very dated.
