La Pescheria is a private dining event which highlights seafood sustainability and provides opportunities for diners to engage in ocean advocacy through their seafood choices. Seafood Stories has hosted gatherings around dinner tables in Naples, Florida through ticketed events.

​We believe that there is no better place to hear a story than around a dinner table with friends and family. Each dinner features a multi-course dinner highlighting the story of a specific fish species, fishermen, chef, or hot topic in ocean conservation.

La Pescheria dinner is prepared by top chefs who bring the stories of the evening to life through each course. By sharing stories of the how our seafood travels from boat to table we provide guests with an interactive dining experience that empowers them to make purchasing decisions that support healthy oceans.

    I have always left 5 stars for our regular dining experience at La Pesheria, finding it charming and consistently above the rest. Tonight was sub par and on many levels. 35 min past reservation time to seat is understandable but with no apology and then our server Fernando , who was rude and dismissive when I ordered a side of pasta for my entree , never returning, never asking if our empty wine glasses needed refilled , the night was a sad disappointment. I regretfully am leaving my opinion as this too has passed for us.

    Awesome meal as usual. It's like having dinner at a huge Italian family function. Authentic Italian meal!

    The food was delicious and owner Francesco was the highlight of the evening. Even with a bustling restaurant, he was so gracious and engaging with each table.

    Food was not what we expected. Grilled calamari was chewy and tough. Ambiance and service and wine however.

    Very accommodating. Created a 5 person table for us outside when none was available. Special attention given to gluten free requests.

    My wife and I had dinner on Christmas Day and the place was busy and they moved folks through quickly. My wife ordered the fish special which was Dover Sole and it was good however we were not informed of the market price which was $75.00 for fish on a plate. I ordered the 7 fish special which was good and included toasted crostini bread according to the menu. I asked the server for the crostini and was told there is none. I asked for extra bread for the "soup" and was given day old stale bread. We usually go there every other Sunday but after last night I doubt I will return. Such a shame because I think it is a "cool" place although the seating is tight and cramped.

    Pastas were very good however the Corvina was dry and disappointing. Loud but not unpleasant and to be expected.
