For those who challenge the ordinary and embrace the unknown, welcome to La Pizzarra and Katsubowl headed and crafted by Chef Escobar.

Here, we don’t follow predefined recipes. Instead, we fuse the best of Italy and Asia, breaking boundaries to create a universe of bold, authentic, and surprising flavors.

From our handcrafted Neapolitan pizzas to crudos, sushi, and noodles inspired by Asia, every dish tells a story of passion, creativity, and courage.

  • Cátedra - Monthly Guest Chef Event

    On this edition of CATEDRA, our very own Chef Escobar is joined by Chef Juan Pablo from Sato Fusion Nikkei to create a unique and bold fusion of Nikkei and Italian Cuisine at La Pizzarra. They will be complemented by guest Mixologist Marcos Ramos who will be in charge of creating the perfect cocktails to pair this culinary experience. This is an exclusive, à la carte, one-time event.

    Pizza was great. We had the Spicy Pepperoni and the Europa. If you’re into spicy food then you can manage the Spicy Pepperoni. The place was clean and we got seated immediately right after we arrived for our reservation. The service could improve a bit. I asked for water on three different occasions and for another round of drinks and we didn’t got any water while we where there and we didn’t got the other round of drinks either.

    Excellent experience, good food, napolitan pizza was outstanding. The apricot mermelade burrata starter was off the charts 🔥. We’ll definetly come back.

    La pizza y pastas ricas, las albóndigas también. La masa está espectacular y bien trabajada. El servicio de calidad, está pendientes y se nota que quieren dar lo mejor.
