   We went to this restaurant late at night for my girlfriend’s birthday, and our experience was disappointing. The service was very poor. Before we arrived, the waiter had already left the restaurant, and they barely checked on us during our visit. We had informed them in advance about the occasion, but they didn’t seem to care. Normally, restaurants like this offer a cake at the table, but they didn’t have one available. Instead, we had to buy a chocolate mousse, even though we had notified them ahead of time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

   Wow 20/10 restaurant! Came here for my brother’s birthday and was so impressed with everything! The ambiance, the food, the service all 10/10! We got the prix fixe 3 course and every single dish was perfect! The restaurant is beautiful and the food is the same! Our 2 servers Augustin and Enda were spectacular - amazing attention to details, very friendly and made the night memorable Found my new french spot in toronto! Will definitely be back

   Great place to have a cute cocktail And some good food. Had the burger this visit. Fries were Great and cocktail- La Cocoquette

   Service was inexperienced. Drinks & Food took forever. Expected more from an O&B restaurant. Wouldn’t go back.

   Wouldn’t go back. The decor is nice and the food was served promptly, however: Food taste: nothing special. Can get equal or better at a diner Food quality: the ingredients didn’t jump out as being high quality, very standard. Portions: we were 5 at the table. 4 said after we were done that they were still hungry.

   La Plume has gotten better and better since they have opened. Food is better, staff are better, ambiance is better..... Great place for lunch or dinner.

   Great food and service! Fantastic spot and ambiance - can’t wait to go back in the summer once the patio is open and just enjoy a drink and some bites!

   This is hands down the best service I’ve had in the city. From the moment we walked in, the ambience and friendly, hospitable staff were exceptional. From hanging our coats to escorting us up the elevator, offering to show us the speakeasy, and even placing our napkins on our laps for us, it was hands-down the most pampered I’ve felt at a restaurant. Our server, an older, very kind and knowledgeable gentleman, provided a great recommendation for dessert - the crème brûlée (A MUST TRY). We had the mushroom risotto for dinner - so yummy! The mocktail options are amazing; non-alcoholic espresso martini was crisp, cold, and delicious. The ambience is perfect and the speakeasy is so beautiful. Will be back for parties, events, and just a fun girls night out. Please give our lovely waiter and hostess some love and many thanks - the evening was so memorable because of them! La Plume is a standout because of the overall experience, ambience, and above all - the wonderful staff.
