The Louisiana French Creole use the term “lagniappe” to describe something that’s “a little something extra,” and that's exactly what chef owner Brian Grimley knows it takes to transform a dish from mere food into an experience you never forget. Inspired by the culture and flavors of New Orleans, Charleston and Savannah, Chef Grimley's Lagniappe- Amelia Island combines the traditions of the French Creole with unique twists on Southern culinary staples using only the freshest local ingredients. Our food was delicious. We were greeted warmly and our server, Drew, was very helpful and attentive. The noise level was high. I felt the ambiance was more bar than higher end restaurant. The lighting was harsh. We will return and eat outside when the weather warms up.請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Dined here this past year. This trip was a Saturday evening disappointment. Ordered the special of cobia which came with polenta. Fish was tough and bland. Polenta was a roll of cornmeal. My husband's special of filet mignon was tough and overcooked. . And to increase the disappointment, martini was mostly vermouth. As usual, the restaurant's noise level was almost unbearable. Our server, Natalie, was overworked yet did her best to accommodate us. Don't waste your time and money at this venue when you're in a town full of so many great restaurants!請問這對你有幫助嗎？

Our reservation was honored on time. We had a delicious meal from appetizers to desserts! We lingered at the table and were not rushed, despite the busyness of the restaurant. . The best experience of all was our server Chris. He described the specials and cocktails in a way that we wanted them all. He was attentive without being pushy. Nothing we asked was met with a rushed reply. He made the entire evening special. A server can ruin an experience despite delicious food - on the other side of that - a server, like Chris, can make a dining experience all the more special. Lagniappe was excellent. We arrived 3p min prior to our reservation and, to our surprise, were promptly seated. Our server, Stella, was incredible. All 4 of our meals were unbelievably delicious. We will definitely be back!請問這對你有幫助嗎？
