   Friendly waiting staff and good food. Very pet friendly. The huge conservatory lacks atmosphere though and chairs scratch on the hard floor which is really loud. Perhaps some indoor planting and booths would deaden the noise and create a cosier ambience

   Hi unfortunately this time around , the food was not good, me and hubby both had steak but it was inedible, I asked to put mine in a box to take for the dog. My daughters chicken was rock hard to, but my sons monkfish curry he enjoyed. The staff and service was very good . Maybe a different chef but will never order steak again .

   Great service from polite staff in a pleasant ambience. Our go to restaurant when we are stopping in that part of the county.

   Our waiter was really rude. Which was abit unsettling. There wasn’t any reason for this. I had to ask 3 times if we could order after having to wait half an hour with no offer to take our order and he was quite short about me asking again. I asked for a size plate and he was really short again and made me feel really uncomfortable to ask for anything else

   Delicious food, warm and cosy environment. Overlooking the fountain on the lake. Sri Lankan monkfish curry was light and delicious. The biggest portion of the most amazing chunky chips was devoured by my son. Very courteous and polite service, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

   Small menu but very good quality of food and relatively large portions - with a good Vegan selection too. Not full when we ate but good environment to eat and socialise in with some attentive staff. Definitely recommend. Great bar area to relax in.

   Took my family for the Sunday carvery, 2 adults and one child. lovely food, nice selection, cooked very well. Lovely setting and dining area was spacious (Not like some where you are on top of each other) Priced about right, we will be returning
