Florida’s only two Michelin star restaurant, and the only two Michelin star Joël Robuchon restaurant in the U.S., L'Atelier Miami of The Bastion Collection is the incarnation of the late Chef Joël Robuchon’s groundbreaking concept, staying true to the original Parisian roots while drawing inspiration from the surrounding city and location in the Miami Design District.

L'Atelier’s name refers to a craftsman’s workshop, emphasizing Chef Robuchon’s hallmark of elevating the simplest of dishes into something extraordinary using pristine ingredients, immaculate technique and abundant creativity. The chef’s counter seating faces directly into the open kitchen, allowing for a dynamic interaction between the chefs and diners, and view into the creative process.

We sat at Bar which I recommend as a better experience to see everyone passionately laboring on providing the most exceptional experience. Our waiter Christian was unbelievably communicative, suggestive and precise. His knowledge of the flavors, textures, ingredients, tastes made our culinary experience unforgettable. The chocolate desert was divine and just all the attention to detail in the restaurant like, the bathrooms, lighting, cleanliness and decorum was impeccable.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at the Miami location. Our server was informative about our meals and customer service was immaculate. We went with the 4 course meal and we cleaned every plate that was served to us. After we were done, we were gifted a brownie on our way out. My girlfriend will return the next time we are in Miami.

This the best restaurant in Miami. Nothing else to add, on all level from food to service is unbelievable unique, atmosphere is great. It’s amazing definitely will come back. It’s unforgettable experience

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and presented very demure. Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had in a long period. Each bite was a delight. exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend. Our bill was about $700, the experience was worth going again.

Such a unique culinary experience. We tasted flavours we’ve never had or even thought of. The signature poach egg dish, mashed potatoes, and caramelised apple dessert were the standouts. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff made my wife’s birthday celebration a memorable one.
