   One of the best dining experiences in recent memory! The food was exceptional and it makes us want to come back to SXM just to revisit this restaurant.

   Our dining experience is was amazing! First timers and definitely won’t be our last. The food was amazing and service was top notch. It was a very relaxed environment. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the island!

   AMAZING! The staff were friendly and attentive, the ambiance was stunning, the owner took the time out to confirm our reservation AND run through the entire menu with us. And last but certainly not least, the food was AMAZING. Best steak I’ve ever had. NYC included. A must on your trip to St Martin!

   This restaurant is conveniently located in the Orient Village. The chef owner welcomed us personally to the table and later came by to walk us through the menu. Service was all top notch, best we had anywhere on the island and on par with the best places I’ve eaten. The two specialty appetizers were wonderful, bone marrow bruschetta and fried poached egg were wonderful. The pumpkin cream sauce under the egg I could have drank with a straw by the gallon. Then the 45 day dry aged ribeye and the Iberico pork chop were our entrees. Both were perfectly cooked and packed full of the concentrated meat flavors I hoped for in a delicious piece of meat. Some of the best ribeye and best pork chop Ive ever had even. The ice cream dessert was a nice finish to the meal, though it was a weaker course amongst in a very exemplary meal. The downside to the location in Orient Villiage is that the dining room was lively, so I had to raise my voice quite a bit at times to speak across the table to my spouse during dinner. The ambiance was good, the table wear was especially noteworthy oddly enough. Serving the entrees on a wood cutting board really worked for me. This was my favorite meal of our trip and a place I’d happily return to again on a future visit.

   As always, this place is high end dining with food and drinks that are off the charts excellent!! Alexandre takes exceptional pride in his work and staff is outstanding! Still the best Smokey old fashioned ever! Will be back next year!

    Malheureusement, ce sympatique restaurant s'est bêtement transformé en trappe à touriste. Toujours la même présentation du menu par le propriétaire mais après ça se gâte. Servi en moins de 2 (tourner les tables au maximum oblige). Le carré d'agneau demandé rosé nous a été servi archi cuit (à 79 Euro). Demandé à la serveuse de le remplacer, après plus de 45 minutes d'attente, alors que le resto ''tournait'' toutes ses tables, et que mes amis avaient terminé leur repas depuis un moment, j'ai demandé d'annuler mon repas et on m'a apporté la facture sans plus de commentairtes...ni même le propriétaire qui regardait la scène de loin ne s'est présenté à notre table pour nous fournir une expliquation...allez, au prochain touriste

    Bonjour Jacques, C'est votre point de vue et je le respect mais je tiens à me défendre, vos dires semblent légèrement tronqués, votre carré d'agneau n'était pas pour moi archi cuit mais bien rosé mais pas saignant je vous l'accorde; une fois remplacer vous l’avez refusé car trop long, je comprends et c'est votre droit. Cependant nous avons fait notre maximum pour vous satisfaire et sachez que la cuisson d'un carré d'agneau prend du temps. Vous satisfaire devient alors compliqué, je le reconnaît. Concernant le pris de mon carré d'agneau à 79€ je vous rappel vous l'avoir offert, vous ne l'avez donc pas payé et votre facture vous à été apportée quand vous l'avez demandé. Je ne comprends pas votre méchanceté à l'égard de mon restaurant, NON nous ne sommes pas un restaurant attrape touriste.
