Food was good, but their service is insanely slow. Especially if you're sitting at a booth with bottle service. If you go here on any nights with a special event, its basically impossible to get food. One night I had to order my food twice, but never received it. They need better management. The space is very beautiful though.

We arrived at the restaurant on time, the reservation was made about a month in advance. When we reached there we were informed that they are not taking reservations that day, and the restaurant was closed for some private function. We did not receive any communication from the restaurant regarding this. Tried to come here once before for brunch, we were told they were fully booked, so we made red this time. Terrible customer experience, terrible management

Great decor, ambiance and DJ! Loved have my friend's bachelorette dinner there. The food was delish! Our server was a bit of a dud but it was probably just a one-off thing.

Our host (Vanessa) was great. She was very accommodating and kind. However with other waiters, service was slow and the food was average and overpriced. You essentially are paying for the view, not the food/drinks.

The vibe and patio setting is a great summer hot spot. The food was good except that you cannot make modifications which was a bit annoying. However, the music and scenery alone is why someone would want to go to chez lavelle. My only concern was the service. I was my friend's birthday and I knew she really wanted to try this place in specific. However, the service was not that great and not as friendly. She rarely came to check up on us. We waited a good 25-30 minutes before we could find her to place our order, and that was not even on a busy day. Even when we had questions to ask she was never there so we had to google some of the ingredients because she did not check up on us.
