   i took a lovely woman there on a date. it was loud, expensive, and we were crammed next to people. not recommended for anything other than over priced fine dining. perhaps 2 people on staff were fluent in english

   We made reservations for an Easter dinner a couple of weeks in advance. Our Easter Church service was over quickly, and we arrived t Le Bilboquet almost an hour early! Nevertheless the lady at the check in desk found a table immediately for us. When we made our reservation it did not say Easter Dinner was a fixed price meal, however our waiter (Eddison) arrived quickly and we ordered. His service was very good, and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed our Easter Dinner at Le Biblioquet. We have eaten there previously, and have always had a good meal.

   We booked Easter brunch with a cc hold but was never told it was a $105 per person and a super limited menu Once at the table it was too late and really uncomfortable for my guests When I asked I was immediately shut down by the hostess that guarantee me they called all reservations and informed them about the menu, I  obviously didn’t get the call.  Wanted to Thank Le Bilboquet for ruining my brunch and savings account

   Amazing is all I can say. Food, service, cocktails, etc. worth every penny! Perfect for special occasions, brunch with the girls, or a great date! I can't wait to go back!

   Maite was our server and every suggestion she made was absolute perfection. We had the endive salad, scallops, risotto and tuna tar tare. Delightful experience and the best service we have had in a long time.

   Really disappointed in our experience. It took 32 minutes for someone to take our drink order and 41 minutes to get our first drink. Our server seemed unapologetic and unbothered by the incredibly delayed service. Food and ambience was great. Too expensive to receive poor service.

    I have to say the Foie gras appetizer at $29 was fabulous. It was a generous portion, wonderfully prepared. Le Tartare de Thon at $27 was also very good but would have benefitted from a bit more wonton. For dinner we ordered the Le Confit de Canard and the Le Saint Jacques (Scallops). The Confit was a bit dry and about 1/3 of the skin was very fatty and not rendered properly in the fat. As for the scallops, they were so salty as to be inedible. Our server whisked them away to be redone – which should have taken no more than 3 minutes considering the length of time it takes to cook 3 scallops. About 12 minutes later they returned but sadly were still incredibly salty. Our server took them back. Our server returned and said, “I tasted them didn’t think they were that salt…” Ouch. She stopped herself in mid-sentence. She offered to get something else but I was nearly done with my meal and my wife was over it. The scallops had no finesse in their preparation. Bland (other than salt) and no caramelization. Our server offered my wife a dessert, which she accepted. At this level of the game we expected much better. The food runners “sold” both the appetizers and the dinners to us (meaning they had to ask who had what), and when they brought the refired scallops, they didn’t even know what table they went to. We had to flag him down the 2nd time he walked by our table. My water glass sat empty for the last half of the meal (our server was equally responsible for not noticing this) and the service basically stopped when the 2nd scallops we returned. No manager ever dropped by our table. These lapses in service are unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber - especially a fine-dining establishment in Cherry Creek. Sadly, we will not return unless we hear things have greatly improved.
