Le Bilboquet, bringing a premier French restaurant experience to Denver and Cherry Creek North.

This bistro is modeled after the Upper East Side original — a dining room dressed in white linens, with velvet seats, dark wood, and brass finishes. The Denver menu will include traditional and modern French fare, as well as the house special: Cajun Chicken.

Le Bilboquet is a 6,000-square-foot location at 3rd and Saint Paul has a premier 70 seat patio, a beautiful lounge, a 24 seat private dining room and a main dining room that can seat up to 110 guests.

    Update menu online. I chose you for lunch based on the menu on Open Table. It was the “summer” menu and I dined there in November. Very disappointing.

    The wait staff provides just the right amount of attention for an enjoyable dining experience while the chef creates a variety of masterly prepared, picture worthy delicious dishes.

    The cauliflower soup was delicious, and the endive salad was an amazing presentation. The bavette was very tender and the veal piccata was the perfect thickness and tasted delicious. The service was excellent, especially considering it was a very busy Saturday night.

    Outstanding in every way -- comfortable, attractive, welcoming, and the professionalism and attentiveness of the hospitality and service staffs. Were I to change anything it would be the music -- a bit too loud though less so than many other restaurants; percussive and repetitious rather than a soothing or charming or melodic style that would be more pleasant and more consistent with the French ambience. I will dine there again, as I have for quite some time. Overall my favorite in Cherry Creek (and beyond.)

    Consistent, you will not be disappointed. The professional staff delivers courteous service with grace. The wine list is overpriced with a reasonable selection of a variety of wines. They can easily get good wines below $100 to accompany the quality food they serve.

    The food and service was excellent and befitting of a nice French restaurant. We definitely plan to return soon. Our glasses were never empty as the service staff was always at the ready. We really enjoyed the pace of service and the professional staff.

    Another overpriced option in Cherry creek where you pay for the location as opposed to food. Nothing wrong with my meal and service was good just lacked real French flare, not croque madame on lunch menu but had a Cajun chicken and risotto- Italian or NOLA. Confused and over priced.
